Soap Beans Update

December 06, 2019

Many of you are familiar with our loyalty program called "Soap Beans" that gives you "beans" of credit for each purchase you make that can be used towards future purchases. It's our way of saying "Thank you" for your purchases. We love seeing you, and we appreciate your business and your friendship.

Over the next few weeks, we need to transition the soap beans program to a different platform. This means four things:

  1. The soap beans program is NOT going away.
  2. There is going to be an interruption in the accumulation of soap beans until the transition is complete. I can't tell you how long that will be right now, but it is a priority and I'll be pursuing this as quickly as possible.
  3. You will NOT lose any of your current soap beans, and you can still use those at any time in the store. If you order online, you will not be able to use your soap beans until the transition is complete, unless you contact us directly to place your order.
  4. Finally, when the transition is complete, you may need to create a new account; I'll give further instructions at that time.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you for your patience and thank you for doing business with us!
